Cary is the founder of Valley Gardens, having worked in the landscape industry for over 45 years. He has been instrumental in Valley Gardens being named to The Best of the Valley – Landscape Company in 2014, 2015, and 2023. Cary is a past President and Board Member of the West Virginia Nursery and Landscape Association
Jason Testman, PLA
Vice President – Landscape Design & Sales
Jason Testman is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect with over two decades of experience in landscape design, construction, and operational leadership. Jason works on business development, design, estimating, and project management. He currently serves as Chairman of the West Virginia State Board of Landscape Architects, Vice President of the West Virginia Nursery and Landscape Association, and Commissioner on the Charleston Municipal Beautification Commission.
Our Services
Landscape maintenance: We offer grass mowing, aeration and overseeding, shrub trimming, fertilization programs, and insect control.
Landscape design and consultation: Let one of our professionals create a plan for your property that you can install yourself, or Valley Gardens can install for you.
Landscape installation: We install it all, from single trees and sod to full property development. This includes hardscaping, mulch blowing, hydroseeding and everything in between.
Snow Management: We provide plowing, shoveling, ice removal and management services for commercial customers.
Irrigation: We design, install, service, and repair irrigation systems.
Delivery: We can deliver dump truck loads of topsoil, mushroom compost, and mulch in addition to plant material.
