For developers, GCs & facility teams

One firm from site plan to steady-state operations.

Data center campuses bring a different kind of landscape: large acreage, long perimeter fence lines, stormwater and detention areas, and access roads that have to stay open in any weather, along with entrances and office areas that represent the owner.

Valley Gardens can carry a campus from design through daily operations. Our licensed landscape architect works with developers, general contractors and architects on the landscape plan, our own crews install it, and the same company maintains it once the facility is running.

We have been working in West Virginia since 1978, with more than 40 people on staff and our own equipment, so large sites do not get subcontracted out.
